At the sports camp we provide:
- Workout is held in a new professional fitness studio with • showers, • changing rooms, • toilets, • massage rooms, • rooms for storing equipment, • there are several training rooms for various types of fitness aerobics at the same time.
- Our instructors have developed a set of exercises to educate the basic physical qualities and abilities, which will include the following: • strengthening the muscle corset, • plastic and statics of the spine, • setting balance (stability, balance, flexibility), • leg strength (pumping calf, femoral, gluteal muscles, muscle formation relief, stability, endurance and speed of dancing), • setting up hands (exercises on the plastic and dynamics of the hands, coordination and expressiveness), • the development of knees and feet (stretching and strengthening ankle and feet, softness and development of a dance lift), • general strength training (preparing the muscle apparatus for the perception and implementation of dance and choreographic information), • stretching (for twine, swing, ronda, etc.), • certain methods and techniques are used to development and maintenance of certain motor qualities.
- Thanks to this complex, it is possible to solve several problems at once: • firstly, the development of special endurance; • secondly, the education of rhythm, musicality, expressiveness in aerobics, and along with this • the development of the main technical elements of fitness aerobics.

- The training camp provides the opportunity for individual and group training for • children, • juniors, • professional athletes and • amateurs under the guidance of our highly qualified professional trainers.
- We organize competitions and master classes with local athletes and invite the best athletes from different schools and professional trainers and highly qualified teachers in all types of fitness aerobics at local fitness clubs and dance studios from all over the island.
- We offer the best dance and fitness studios within a walking distance from the place of residence to fitness aerobics classes - halls with a natural wooden floor coating are equipped for all types and styles of fitness aerobics.
- All the rooms of the complex are equipped with • ventilation, • cooling system, • necessary equipment for training, • as well as an audio system.
- We place athletes in 3 * and 4 * hotels on the seafront with a varied sports nutrition, full board.
