Sports Complex:

INSEP is a benchmark Olympic and Paralympic training and preparation centre for international athletes in France. INSEP’s main purpose is to support elite athletes and their coaching staff, primarily by providing them with the highest quality sports facilities and equipment. 50% of France’s Olympic medals are won by athletes who train at INSEP.

It accommodates all the necessary equipment and training facilities in order to practice a wide range of sports and sports activities.

The athletes who train, study, receive treatment, eat and live on the campus form a real team that champions INSEP’s commitments and values.

By sharing their daily lives and sporting experiences, they forge a mindset conducive to performance and success. The team is made up of athletes who used to train and are still currently training at INSEP.

This includes 19 resident sports squads, French national teams on preparation or recuperation courses, professional sports teams, athletes with contracts to develop specific areas or techniques and foreign delegations.

The cutting-edge technology at INSEP allows all Olympic and Paralympic federations in French sport to train in optimum conditions. Certain federations have signed multi-year training agreements with the institute.
