The Tirrenia CPO is located in the province of Pisa, on the Tyrrhenian coast.
Just 1km from the sea, it extends within a green oasis of 43 hectares, an integral part of the well-known San Rossore Natural Park. The context is ideal for high-level technical / physical preparation.
Chosen by National Teams, Olympic Athletes and by numerous National Sports Federations, the Center is equipped for the practice of multiple disciplines.

THE CENTER
The center consists of 4 natural grass football fields, 11 indoor / outdoor tennis courts with different surfaces, a field for Beach Sports within the modern heated Arena, a Pump Track for Skateboard and Bike, and 3 gyms. equipped for Gymnastics and Pole Dance, an Athletics field for track and throwing disciplines, a multipurpose building for Fencing, Basketball and Sitting Volleyball.

SPORTS FACILITIES
Football
The Center, with its four football fields of regulatory size 105x65 / 67m, is equipped to host female and male FIGC National Teams, training and retreats of professional clubs and internships of the AIA (Italian Association of Non-International Referees).
Football facilities include:
- 3 11-a-side football fields with natural grass
- 1 11-a-side football pitch mixed with 80% natural grass and 20% sintex with lighting system
- Dedicated didactic equipment with shapes, poles, obstacles, delimiters etc.
- 4 regulatory mobile doors; 4 mini-doors 1,5x1mt; 6 reduced doors 6x2 mt
Tennis
The CPO, with its 11 indoor and outdoor tennis courts of different surfaces, hosts the National Male Technical Center of the Italian Tennis Federation.
The structure adapts to any type of climate as it has:
- 5 clay tennis courts, 2 of which are seasonally covered
- 6 courts with resin surfaces, 4 of which are seasonal coverage and 2 are fixed structure
"Beach Arena" for Football & Volleyball
The Beach Arena is a one-of-a-kind facility for practicing all sand sports, such as Beach Soccer and Beach Volleyball; it is made up of sand specifically for sports use, has a surface of 40x30mt and is equipped with lighting, ground heating and winter pressostatic cover. The plant has:
- Educational equipment for soccer with 2 regulation movable doors and 4 mini goals 1,5x1mt, with templates, poles, obstacles, delimiters, etc.
- Volleyball posts and net for 3 fields.
"Pump Track" for Skateboarding & Biking
The center offers a modular skateboard and bike track consisting of curves and humps without a defined shape, 90 meters long. It is possible to draw oval, figure-eight or U-shaped slopes, double or triple jumps can be integrated.
The track is made with special resins and specific grips.
ATHLETICS
The center has a complete track and field facility with a 6-lane track, long jump, high jump and pole vault platform; There is also a throwing area - usually used by athletes for shot put, javelin, hammer and discus throwing - and a 4,750 m running course within 43 hectares of woodland, an integral part of the well-known park nature of San Rossore.
Multifunction hall (PALAZZETTO)
Il Palazzetto is a multipurpose facility with parquet flooring of 40x20m; suitable for carrying out various activities and some indoor sports such as, for example: basketball, fencing and sitting volleyball.
Thanks to its large size and its adaptability, it can also be used for conferences and professional meetings.
GYMNASTICS GYM
The gymnastics gym, suitable for both male and female gymnastics has an area of 36 x 18 m and is equipped with every tool suitable for the practice of this sport:

Thanks to its large size and its adaptability, it can also be used for conferences and professional meetings.
TEACHING CLASSROOMS & EVENT HALLS
The Center has three facilties, respectively with a maximum capacity of:

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a 55 '' LCD Smart TV, video projector, Wi-Fi, LAN connection, flip chart.
The structure also has a boardroom or lounge room equipped with 60 '' LCD TV, SKY decoder, sofas for 10 people, meeting table, minibar, library and snack bar, Wi-Fi.

Accommodation
The rooms are located in two distinct and separate structures for a total maximum capacity of 121 people distributed in 58 rooms;
- La Foresteria Centrale, with 28 Deluxe rooms and 200x120 beds
- The External Foresteria, with 30 single, double or triple rooms
All are air-conditioned. 32 '' LC smart TV, mini bar, bathrooms with toilets and large showers.
Catering
The restaurant service of the CPO offers a 300sqm Restaurant Room with a maximum capacity of 140 seats, the possibility of table service, self-service or buffet with dedicated menus.
The room can be divided into reserved areas for team groups and placement in round and / or rectangular tables. There are also 2 55 '' LCD TVs, Free Wi-Fi and an air-conditioned environment. The Snack bar service is also active during the hours of curricular activities.
