The Stela Resort has a sport center of the highest standards that provides a variety of services such as swimming pools, swimming courses for children & adults, gym, physiotherapy, etc. Semi-Olympic swimming pools have been used to hold some of the most important swimming competitions in Albania. They have different depths (1.5m - 2m) and water temperature 26 to 29 degrees Celsius, according to standard parameters.
At Stela Sport Center, there is a qualified staff at your disposal, who will advise you to have a more active, healthy life and to develop 9 main physical parameters: cardiovascular endurance, resistance, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance.
You can start the day by working out in the gym with the help of the qualified instructors. It is advisable for every age group. CrossFit is also one of successful practices, a physical training program that is mainly about a mixture of aerobic exercise, bodyweight exercises and Olympic weightlifting.
The Stela Resort, offers physiotherapy and hydrotherapy services from EDENOR Physiotherapy. Its mission is to improve your health by restoring motor functions, improving mobility, removing pain, avoiding surgical interventions. Combining physiotherapy with hydrotherapy provides an efficient service in collaboration with the "Edenor Physiotherapy" clinic.
The Stela Resort features various training equipment and specialised facilities to cater to athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all skill levels. It also offers a range of programs and services such as individual training, team practices, and competitions.
