Zawisza Sports Complex is an 18-hectare complex of sports facilities located in the northern part of the city. In terms of sports infrastructure, it is one of the largest and most functional municipal sports facilities in Poland. It is a training place for Olympic athletes and medalists of the most important sports events in sports disciplines such as athletics, gymnastics, sports shooting and weightlifting.
For years, the facility has been hosting disabled athletes from all over the world. Zawisza's facilities are a permanent place for preparations for the most important international events of the Polish paraathletics team. Thanks to a modern gym, disabled athletes specializing in weightlifting also come to Bydgoszcz.
Zawisza Sports Complex is a comprehensive sports facility equipped with a wide range of amenities to accommodate various sports and physical activities. The sports base features various training equipment and specialised facilities to cater to athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all skill levels. It also offers a range of programs and services such as individual training, team practices, and competitions. The facility is staffed by experienced instructors, trainers, and coaches, who are available to assist and guide individuals in reaching their goals.
Accommodation: 2* sports hotel after renovation, located on the territory of the sports complex. The hotel has 75 rooms: single, double and triple; only 175 beds. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, TV, telephone and Internet access. In the hotel: restaurant, 2 conference rooms.
