SPORTS ACTIVITIES
Swimming
Zeynep Hotel offers an amazing outdoor 50 m x 25 m Olympic pool with a depth of 2,20 meter, built in the grounds of the hotel. The pool is maintained at a warm 26 degrees and is set up as lane swimming with slow, medium and fast lanes suitable for swimming for all abilities. Teams will use the outdoor 10 lane Olympic sized pool for their training camps. This fantastic pool has all necessary equipment including starting blocks, anti wave lane ropes, pace clocks and backstroke flags. Teams can either use the indoor hotel gym for land training, and the resort's heated indoor pool if required. 20 Medicine Balls with different weights, Ropes, Stretch-Cords(deposit) and Elastic Strap(deposit) are available for use free of charge.
Fitness
A specious fitness center with 150sqm is situated at Zeynep Hotel and offers different kinds of exercise equipment in a daylight studio. Our studio offers a fitness area with different weights, including dumbbells, barbells and exercise machines. Mirror walls to monitor your correct posture. Some fitness equipment in overview; chest-, shoulder press, leg extension, leg press, seated leg curl, dip chin assist, hip abduction, adjustable incline bench, preacher curl, double tier dumbbell rack, smith machine, Olympic flat bench and a 5 stack multi station. A cardio area with training-related equipments like stationary exercise bikes, elliptical trainers and treadmills with a nice view to the outdoor pool area
Golf
