Three-time Olympic medalist, Russian swimmer Yulia Efimova and her team Efimova Team spent two
three-week training in Cyprus in preparation for the World Aquatics Championships in Budapest in July
2017.
The team of swimmers, which includes Andrey Nikolaev, Vera Kalashnikova, Danila Dolenko and
Veronika Kucherenko, together with Efimova herself, showed an excellent result in the competitions
after the training organized by Active Planet.
Russian swimmer Julia Efimova won the gold of the World Championship in water sports in Budapest at
a distance of 200 meters.
For the 25-year- old swimmer from Russia, this is the fifth title of a world champion. At the tournament
in the Hungarian capital, Yefimova had previously won a bronze medal at the 100-meter breaststroke.
