- 2008, Begin Traditional Taekwon-do at S.G.M Petros Agamemnonos Petrou school in Limassol.
- 2010, Seminar and Demonstration in Germany representing Cyprus Traditional Taekwon-do.
- 2014, Becomes Black Belt 1st Dan by G.M Papadellis Efstratios in Limassol.
- 2015, Start teaching at S.G.M Petros Agamemnonos School in Limassol.
- 2016, Becomes Black Best 2nd Dan by S.G.M Petros Agamemnonos Petrou in Limassol.
- 2017, Becomes National Judge.
- 2017, Becomes Member of Council of Cyprus Traditional Taekwon-do Federation as spokesman.
- 2017, Start teaching in Traditional Taekwon-do School Kapsalos.
Has also taken part in Demonstrations representing Cyprus Traditional Taekwon-do Federation.
Has successfully been teaching in System Grand Master Petros Agamemnonos School beginners as well with advanced classes.
