Karate school is primarly focused on self defense. It organizes and attends seminars in Cyprus and abroad. It is approved and cooperates with Krav Maga Europe (KME) which is a member of FFKDA France. Club members are also trained in JUJITSU ground fighting, street fighting and body empowerment.

Military Tactical Training
Military training for man to man fight and using survivor kits.
Civil Self Defense
Seminars for situations that a civilian might face on street, park, at home, bank or a restaurant.
Police Law Enforcement
Police training on arresting techniques, team work and specialized self defense.
Kids Krav Maga
Krav Maga adjusted for kids from the age of 4. Courses include body empowerment and physical condition.
