Tennis Lessons – All Ages – Beginners to Advanced – Individual or Group Coaching – Pafos & Surrounding Areas
Individual lessons can be from 1-2 hours long, depending on your requirements and fitness levels and can be from complete beginners through to advance players. Lessons will include a blend of fitness, tennis skills & techiques, drills, tactics and mental training. More in-depth fitness, nutrition and mental training are available.
TennisFit - Fun lessons, where you don’t need to know how to play tennis. It doesn’t matter how you hit the ball, it’s about the exercise. If you already play, that’s fine as well. You’ll do plenty of running, work in teams and individually, laugh and subconsciously learn the basics of how to play and do far more exercise than you notice.
