At the sports camp we provide:
- Dance sport training takes place at a professional dance center, that has • showers, • changing rooms, • toilets, • massage rooms, • rooms for storing equipment, • there are several halls for training on different types of dance at the same time.
- All the halls are equipped with - ventilation, - a cooling system, - the necessary equipment for dance sports, - as well as an audio system.
- We offer the best dance studios within a walking distance from the place of residence for dancing sports, halls with a natural wooden flooring, halls that are equipped for all types and styles of dancing
- Our dance instructors have developed a set of exercises to teach and learn the basic physical qualities and skills, which include the following: • strengthening the muscular corset, • plastic and statics of the spine, • setting up the balance [stability, balance, flexibility skills, • leg strength [pumping calf, gluteal muscles, the formation of muscle relief, stability, endurance and speed of dancing], • arm positioning [exercises on plastic and arm dynamics, coordination and expressiveness], • development of knees and feet [stretching and warming the ankle and foot, softness and the development of a dance lift], • general strength training [preparing the muscle apparatus for the perception and implementation of dance and choreographic information], • stretching [for twine, swing, ronda, etc.], • certain methods and techniques are used, aimed on the development and maintenance of certain motor skills.
- Thanks to this complex, it is possible to solve several problems at once: - firstly, the development of special endurance, fitness; - secondly, training of the rhythm, musicality, expressiveness in the dance and - along with this the development of the basic technical elements of dance.
- We offer several outdoor dance floors by the sea and in the parks. We offer accomodation in the 3 * and 4 * hotels at the seafront, the hotel offers a varied sports nutrition, the full board.
- The training camp provides the opportunity for individual and group training for • children, • juniors, • professional athletes and • amateurs under the guidance of our highly qualified professional trainers.
- At the training camp, we organize competitions and master classes with local athletes and invite the best dance couples from different dance schools from all over the island.
- We organise trainings and master classes with professional trainers and highly qualified teachers in all types of dances in the local dance clubs and dance studios.
- We also hand out all the necessary equipment, like, dance costumes for all types of dances [by prior request].
- We hold dance parties in nightclubs, where all dancers can dance from their heart and demonstrate their skills.
