Sports Complex:

Benfica Campus is the training center of SL Benfica professional football teams, first and “B” teams, U23 team, as well as of eight youth teams, comprising 207 players (41 of them playing at international level for Portugal youth squads) and 57 coaches. The complex spans 19 hectares and consists of nine grass pitches, one of which hosts the B-team matches with a capacity of 2,720 seats, two artificial surfaces that support the International programs and a 360o S indoor ‘football laboratory’ where players’ individual physical fitness components are put to the test. Since its debut in 2006, the Benfica Campus has gone a step further and successfully blended technological advancements in sports science with innovative coaching techniques to help foster a truly exceptional environment for youngsters to flourish within.

Technical areas, such as the gym, treatment rooms, massages and swimming pool and other areas dedicated to study and leisure are part of this modern complex , as well as a space reserved for athletes' meals, providing an excellent service.

The Education and Training Center is also enhanced by the integration of a building for administrative services, Professional football and Training football departments, and another for the exclusive use of Social Communication professionals who support the Club.

Benfica Campus has a building consisting of a hotel with a capacity of 86 rooms, due to having the club's youth academy embedded in it. Please note that the rooms building is the tallest and is divided into two large sections. The professional, which occupies the top floor, and the Training, which covers the lower floors. These spaces also have all the conditions to accommodate players who complete training camps before the games or who are residents.

In addition, this space tries to reconcile the comfort of a home with the functionality and flexibility of the workplace.

The sports base offers a wide range of sports training programs and services to help individuals reach their goals. The sports center is fully equipped and has all the required facilities to host various tournaments and competitions. For those who simply want to get back into shape, general preparation lessons and personalized training programs are also offered.

The sports base is staffed by a team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring that visitors have a great experience. The staff includes individuals with experience and expertise in their field, who are available to assist and guide visitors as needed.
