The facility is run as the Centro Sportivo Città di Opera ASD Sez. Calcio and is set up as a small sided football centre with two seven a side pitches (one that can be divided into two five a side fields), used for club training, local leagues and casual bookings. On site there are standard support services for players and families including changing rooms with showers, a bar and pizzeria, a small shop, party and picnic areas and a large car park, and the complex is wheelchair accessible. Opera itself sits roughly 17 km by road from Milan Linate Airport, so the venue can work as a suburban Milan training base for grassroots teams or social tournaments.
