SPORTS ACTIVITIES
It’s located in the Serra de Monchique, a privileged location with its own micro-climate ideal for outdoor activities. If you like climbing, then this is probably one of the best-located Algarve cycling hotels. There are two main climbs are either to Picota (Alferce) at 773 metres or Fóia at just over 900 metres. But there are so many other cycling routes to choose from, either around the mountain range or down towards the south and west coasts.
Although the hotel doesn’t have an on-site cycling centre, it is a certified cycling hotel. There are numerous quick bike parking stations around the hotel and there is secure bike storage with surveillance. If you need some quick repairs done to your bike then rest assured there is also a little workshop available.
The 24-hour gym has a variety of high-end Technogym equipment.
