Norwegian School of Sport Sciences is a comprehensive sports facility equipped with a wide range of amenities to accommodate various sports and physical activities. Norwegian School of Sport Sciences has a number of great outdoor facilities, right by Sognsvann in Oslo. It has facilities for football, athletics, tennis, beach volleyball and an outdoor training park. Besides the School of Sport has a wide range of indoor facilities: sports halls, swimming pools, gymnasiums, gymnasiums, dance halls and several others. These are rented out for both individual events and regular training sessions. Also there are special auditoriums which are ready for lectures, courses, conferences or meeting activities.
The sports base features various training equipment and specialised facilities to cater to athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all skill levels. It also offers a range of programs and services such as individual training, team practices, and competitions. The facility is staffed by experienced instructors, trainers, and coaches, who are available to assist and guide individuals in reaching their goals.
Outdoor facilities:
-3 Artificial grass Football pitches, 100m x 64m
-Athletics Tartan track, 400m, 6 lanes (open from 1 May to 30 September) has two sand pits for length/wooden steps, and there are opportunities to train height with stands and mats
-Throwing lane for training in shot put, discus, hammer and javelin
-2 Sand Beach volleyball courts
-Training park with a number of devices that invite varied physical activity
Indoor facilities:
-25m Sports pool of 6 lanes and max. depth of 3.8 m, 27 C with Diving tower 4.7m, 3m, diving boards 1m, 3m, and lifting/lowering bottom for Swimming and Diving activities, capacity for 279 spectators
-Multi Sports Hall 1, 50m x 70m, height approx. 10m, rubber floor, can be divided by partitions for 2 Tennis courts with bars and nets/ or 3 Handball / Futsal courts with goals/ or 3 Basketball courts with mobile basket stands/ or 8 Volleyball courts with bars and nets/ or 10 Badminton courts with bars and nets, High and Long jump facilities
-Multi Sports Hall 2, 20m x 30m, height approx. 5.5m, parquet floor, can be divided for 3 Badminton courts/ or 2 Basketball courts/ or 1 Volleyball court with poles and net
-Multi Sports Hall 3, 15m x 20m, height approx. 5.5m, parquet floor, can be divided for 2 Badminton courts/ or 1 Basketball court/ or 1 Volleyball court with poles and net
-Multi Sports Hall 4 for Free-standing Gymnastics and Trampoline activities
-Shooting Range, 20m x 50m, height approx. 3.5m, parquet and linoleum floors is arranged for shooting with air weapons, free pistols and rifles caliber 22
-Dance Hall, 9m x 12m, with parquet floor and mirror
-Fitness Room with stepper, hand weights, rods w/ disc weights, matters, class set slings (ropes) and etc.

| Sports training and Staff | The sports base offers a wide range of sports training programs and services to help individuals reach their goals. The sports center is fully equipped and has all the required facilities to host various tournaments and competitions. For those who simply want to get back into shape, general preparation lessons and personalized training programs are also offered.
