The Onyria Quinta da Marinha Hotel is a great base for your cycling holidays in Portugal. The hotel offers suggested cycling routes and there is secure bike storage on-site. There is a bike shop based right next to the hotel that offers a wide range of bike rentals, including premium racing bikes, which can be delivered and picked up to and from the hotel. This hotel is a great option for triathletes.It has its own lake with a 400-metre swimming loop marked by buoys. This lake is located on the 18th hole of the on-site golf course and therefore can only be used early in the morning. However, the nearby town of Cascais has calmer water where you can practise open-water swimming. Or the guests can book a session in the nearby municipal semi-Olympic pool. There are great running routes in the Quinta da Marinha estate as well as towards Cascais.nGolf lovers will also feel at home here with the on-site Quinta da Marinha golf course, as well as many other golf courses nearby including The Oitavos course. The coastline offers amazing surfing conditions at popular surf spots including Praia Grande and Praia do Guincho. On-site at the hotel, there are fitness programs, Pilates, tennis courts, and more. The next-door Cascais Racket Club offers a premium gym plus 10 Padel courts and seven tennis courts for those wanting premium facilities.
