Overview

SPORTCAMP is a center with modern infrastructure that can accommodate sports clubs, youth groups, athletes and teams from all over the world, providing integrated services that combine hospitality, sports training and competition with active traveling to Greece – the ultimate sports and cultural travel destination worldwide.

SPORTCAMP is situated in a premium destination at the entrance of the Peloponnese, only 5km from the famous sports city of Loutraki and only 1 hour away from Athens, the capital city of Greece and the International Airport El. Venizelos. The center is easily accessible: - by air via the El. Venizelos International Airport - by boat via the International Piraeus Port or the International Patras Port - by train via the Athens Suburban Railway system or through the Patras railway - by road via the the Greek National Road Athens-Korinthos, which is part of the European route E-75 & from Patras via the Greek National Road Patras-Korinthos, about 2 ½ hour's drive from the port of Patras.

SPORTCAMP has successfully hosted hundreds of sport meetings and events with thousands of athletes from various countries.

Sports Facilities

Sportcamp is an all-sport inclusive venue in terms of sports infrastructure and facilities. Further to the in-house infrastructure, in short distance from the center, additional sports venues, facilities and stadiums are available to meet the needs of even the most demanding sports events. All Sports inclusive, modern facilities that span through an area of 75.000 sq.m., designed for year-round operation.

Sportcamp has a vast experience in the organization and the hospitality of many international official sports events. We are passionate about aquatics and swimming camps in particular, therefore our services are of high quality. All Sportcamp's sport facilities are certified by the accountable administrative authorities.

SPORTCAMP SWIMMING FACILITIES

• One (1) 25m heated pool (26oC, 25x12.5m, 3.15m maximum depth, six anti-wave lanes, starting blocks, timing equipment and two blocks of changing rooms)

LOUTRAKI MUNICIPAL SWIMMING CENTER FACILITIES

• The new outdoor Loutraki Municipal Swimming Center, K1 category, is located in close distance to SPORTCAMP. It is constructed according to the Olympic requirements and it has two heated pools:

SPORTCAMP is the only sport training center in Greece with two Netball courts in its premises that are fully-equipped!

SOCCER/RUGBY FACILITIES

• One F-11 soccer field, 11X11 players dimensions: 96x54m with brand new artificial turf model Prestige XM6 60-13, FieldTurf® by Tarkett Sports.
  The F-11 soccer field can be divided into:




• (3) F-5, 5X5 players' fields (dimensions: 20x40m)


• (1) F7, 7X7 players' fields (dimensions: 57 Χ37) and one (1) F9, 9X9 players' fields (dimensions: 70Χ50m)




• One F-7 soccer field, 7X7 players (dimensions: 55x35m) with brand new artificial turf model
  Prestige XM6 60-13, FieldTurf® by Tarkett Sports.
  The F-7 soccer field can be divided into:




• (3) F-5, 5X5 players' fields (dimensions: 20x40m)




• One F-6 Natural grass field

The integrated Prestige XM6 60-13 turf constitutes both F-11 and F-7 fields suitable for high-end, demanding soccer matches and leading soccer/rugby training. Furthermore, the Prestige XM6 60-13 artificial turf is very similar to natural grass, minimizing sport injuries while showcasing high endurance in all weather conditions. The turf's fiber is a thick yarn Polyethylene with less cuts made to the fiber in the manufacturing process so that it can withstand very heavy usage and still deliver the performance you expect from a FieldTurf.

The Prestige XM6 60-13 FieldTurf® is FIFA approved and it holds all proper certifications:

SOCCER/RUGBY FACILITIES NEAR SPORTCAMP

• "CHRISTOS THODIS" Loutraki Municipal Stadium (soccer field with grass carpet and 6 lanes track of soft surface, with the needed equipment for all jumping, throwing and track events).


• Kiato Municipal Stadium (soccer fields with grass carpet)


• Velo and Poulitsas Municipal Stadiums (soccer fields with grass carpet)


• Isthmos Municipal Stadium (soccer field with synthetic turf)

BEACH VOLLEYBALL FACILITIES

SPORTCAMP is the only sports training center in Greece with six certified beach volleyball courts. Inside its premises, it constitutes the ultimate mix for beach volley camps and events.

• 6 Certified Beach Volleyball courts. The sand from which they are made of was used in the Olympic Games of 2004

BEACH VOLLEYBALL FACILITIES NEAR SPORTCAMP

• SPORTCAMP has exclusive partnership with Peace &
  Friendship Stadium, in which, Attica Beach Volley Club, two fields of Beach volley - one with white sand of Olympic standards and one with air conditioning (heating) - are 8m x 16m are hosted, located on the back of the surrounding area. Players may visit Greece, a 365-day destination, in order to conduct their training sessions despite the weather as SPORTCAMP provides an indoor beach volley court.


• SPORTCAMP cooperates with Papagou IBEACH Courts. In the premises of Papagou you will find 4 sand fields, with special properties that are beneficial in winter as they don't freeze and dry quickly) and in summer as they don't burn. Teams are able to train in 4 fields at the same time, and tournaments can also be held between your team and local teams.


• Enso Beach Volley Club develops both Beach Volley and all types of training on the sand, under the guidance of Efi Sfyri a two time Olympian and European Champion and her staff. The sessions of the teams mainly analyze basic and advanced techniques, Beach Volley Tactics, Regulations, Methodology


• SPORTCAMP can organize all services needed for a successful Beach Volley training camp or tournament. Everything from transportation to and from the Airport, accommodation, meals to other facilities and auxiliary services required, thus creating an integrated sport training program.

In Greece and specifically in SPORTCAMP you will have the opportunity to practice Beach Volleyball all year round without the restrictions of the weather or the climate!
SPORTCAMP has been acknowledged by the Hellenic Volleyball Federation as its Official Training Center for Hellenic National Volleyball teams.

NETBALL FACILITIES

Netball is a tailor-made sport for women which involves running, jumping, throwing and catching. In addition, it provokes excitement and the ability to act promptly in order to succeed!
SPORTCAMP is an ideal netball place as it is the only sport training center in Greece with facilities and equipment suitable for the sport. To be more accurate there is one fully equipped Indoor Hall of 900sqm and wooden surface and a second one for training with netball rings and special marking. To state the obvious many netball teams have chosen SPORTCAMP for their Netball Tour or Camp!

OPEN BASKETBALL COURTS

• More than five modern basketball indoor halls are available in the area for staging any basketball training or tournament.


• One fully equipped open basketball court, suitable for holding basketball tournaments and competitions. The surface of the court is of high quality.


• Multiple small-scale courts, designed for individual practise

Our basketball tours are focused on providing the ultimate experience for every team, as well as ensuring that each itinerary is totally customized to your group's needs!

TENNIS COURTS

• Two fully equipped hard tennis courts, suitable for holding tennis tournaments and competitions. The surface of the courts is of high quality.

TABLE TENNIS FACILITIES

• SPORTCAMP has the appropriate and accordingly fully equipped training rooms (taraflex surface, training tables, etc.).

SQUASH FACILITIES

• The most modern Squash court in SPORTCAMP offers to athletes of different skills and abilities the opportunity to enjoy training and join tournaments of high standards.

BADMINTON FACILITIES

• Our fully equipped courts and our contemporary facilities are able to host any training program for the sport of Badminton at all levels.

GYMNASTICS FACILITIES

SPORTCAMP has a long tradition and experience in gymnastics and it had undertaken organizations, such as:

• Cosmogym Multi Action Gymnastics &
  Recreation Camp (2017)


• International Gymnastics Festival Cosmogym Summer 4All (2019)

As a well-known sport center with a great deal of experience on gymnastics training, our sole aim is to satisfy the needs of even the most demanding teams! We cooperate with distinguished coaches and we are able to organize any kind of friendly match or tournament among other equivalent teams.

Our gymnastics tours are focused on providing the ultimate experience for every team, as well as ensuring that each itinerary is totally customized to your group's needs!

DANCE FACILITIES

The indoor halls of multiple dimensions inside the premises are easily adjustable to the training needs of every type of Gymnastics sports, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Artistic Gymnastics, Trampoline &
Tumbling, Dance of various types. If you wish, we may undertake your transportation to and from the facilities of the "George Galanopoulos" Indoor Hall at Loutraki, offering you an even greater variety of sport venues so that you choose those that meet your own needs the most.

MARTIAL ARTS/HEAVY SPORTS FACILITIES

Sportcamp has more than 20 years of experience at organizing Martial Arts tours &
training camps for youth of all categories!

• Fully equipped martial arts facility, suitable for karate, kickboxing, taekwondo, wrestling, krav maga, muay thai, capoeira, tang soo do, jiu jitsu, judo and many others. The facility is built in accordance with Olympic standards and is suitable for holding official tournaments and competitions.


• Within its facilities, SPORTCAMP has a variety of training rooms of different dimensions that could accommodate any tatami for the needs of TAEKWONDO training.


• Four (4) indoor training halls with flexibility to adjust to the needs of any Martial Art or Heavy Sports with the addition of tatami, boxing rings or any other equipment needed fot the conduct of the respective sport:


• One (1) fully equipped Indoor Hall of 900 sq.m. with wooden surface


• One (1) indoor hall of 550 sq.m. for multiple use (adjustable for martial arts &
  heavy sports)


• One (1) indoor hall of 220 sq.m. with wooden surface and mirrors


• One (1) gym facility of 500 sq.m., with free weights and cardio equipment (bikes, treadmills, ellipticals)

TRACK &
FIELD FACILITIES

Two municipal stadiums of different surfaces (soft and hard) are in close distance to SPORTCAMP. Both stadiums are fully equipped and have all necessary facilities to cover your training needs in all athletics events (jumping events, throwing events, track events), while SPORTCAMP will cater for all the services needed for the realization of a successful training camp or event, transportation to and from the relevant stadiums, accommodation, meals, other facilities and auxiliary services required, thus creating an integrated sport training program for even better results.

TRIATHLON FACILITIES

• Soccer fields with plenty of multidimensional routes nearby that span in a natural environment of 75.000 sq.m.

• One (1) training pool 12x6m • Cycling Routes inside and in the perimeter of the center

Distance to the organized beach 3 km.
All athletes regularly go to the sea on comfortable buses of the training center.
On the beach, athletes use sun loungers and umbrellas.
The clean and warm Ionian Sea, well-kept and equipped beaches are a great addition to the training process .
