We offer you the organization of a training camp at the Mežaparks sports base (Mezhapark) in Riga, Latvia. The best Latvian national teams regularly train at the base. The Mežaparks sports base is located 15 minutes from the center of Riga. It allows you to train and relax after hard workouts without hindrance. From the windows of the hotel you can see the lake. On the territory of the Mežaparks sports base there is a medical center where the best sports doctors in Latvia work, massages s and physiotherapists. This is a center of sports medicine and rehabilitation that meets all modern requirements, as well as a laboratory for diagnosing physical performance.The services of the laboratory and center of sports medicine and rehabilitation are used by athletes who are part of the Latvian Olympic team, as well as by Latvian teams of various types sport Accommodation: in a hotel at the base, in 4-bed rooms with private facilities per block or 1/2-bed rooms with private facilities in the room. The cozy rooms are decorated with wooden furniture and carpeted floors. Most rooms have a balcony overlooking the lake. Meals: 3-time complex, if necessary, a special menu is developed for the group.
