The Syncrolab training centre is a state-of-the-art centre, with with over 500m2 of top equipment for all types of training and specialities. They adapt to your needs and we will help you achieve any of your goals. Personal training, group classes, functional training, hypoxia and much more. It is also a bike-friendly hotel with bike services and facilities. The area has great cycling routes making it a great choice for cycling holidays in Spain. On top of that, it has a semi-Olympic lap pool which can be used all your round making it a popular choice with triathletes and swimmers. But it doesn’t have to be all sports. You can also relax and recover in the 300m2 Spa and Wellness centre.

| Accommodation | The sports hotel has modern rooms with spectacular views of La Sella and its surroundings. This is the only hotel in the mainland that has rooms equipped with a hypoxia system.
