ABOUT THE HOTEL
Located very close to Monte Gordo beach (400 meters), in the Algarve Southeast, The Prime Energize is a 4 star hotel with a main focus on Sports. You will find a varied selection of daily sport activities (yoga classes, pilates, running and walking, stretching and other, included in the rooms rate), a Running Corner and a Bike Centre, as well as a personal trainer that will prepare a workout plan to suit your needs, bootcamps, detox and weight loss programs, among others. Enjoy the treatments and massages of our Energize Spa, where some of the products used have been handmade with some of the Algarve’s natural ingredients, such as orange or sea salt.
SPORTS
Because this is a “Bike Hotel”, you can have access to a “bike center”. You will be able to rent electric and mountain bicycles as well as have access to three different trails which have different levels of difficulty. You will be cycling in unspoiled, remote nature, through hills and along the coastline, where the air is purer and the views are beautiful and wide. A space to keep your bicycle and a small repair corner are also available.
