Kasia started her adventures with yoga over a decade ago in Denmark. With the move to Cyprus, she has deepened her practice and knowledge about the principles driving the forces behind the asanas. She takes a holistic view of yoga whereby she appreciates an equal measure both the physical and the mental benefits it can impart to a willing-mind and dedicated practitioner.
Over the years, Kasia has practiced several styles of yoga, Hatha, Iyengar, Restrorative and Ashtanga. But she finally found her ideal combination in the dynamics and breath control of Ashtanga and alignments of Iyengar styles of yoga. These two styles are combined under YogaWorks method. She has completed 200hr teachers training in Cyprus in 2017 under training of Anna Zorzou. She is teaching all levels from beginners to intermediate, with a focus on breath and physical practice of safety.
Her latest area of focus has been in the realm of pregnancy yoga, and she has been teaching prenatal yoga under the principles of Birthlight starting in 2017. Birthlight Prenatal Yoga offers a unique approach to practice of modified asanas for mothers-to-be and their wellbeing in each stage of pregnancy.
